Introduction

Hello Guys... So after starting the blog on Dota  I did do some posts. But then i stopped.. Wonder why?
Well guess what i hadn't checked my steam account since long and it turned out I had got an INVITE.. Yes. you are right.. a Dota 2 invite.
So this blog will relate to Dota 2...
This post is just an introduction to Dota 2...
Its aimed at those people who don't know anything about Dota 2.. But well if u play Dota 2 and u got nothing else to do . read this and tell me whats wrong ..

Why Dota 2....
Well it all began at Valve....
The company that makes games :P
The senior people working at Valve (who had already burned their fingers trying competitive Dota) were really interesting in advancing the ageing game of Dota. Cause trust me Dota is really old. They called Ice frog and asked him about his future plans about Dota. They then invited him to their offices/premises and showed off their premises and their machinery. Together they formed a team that would eventually build Dota 2. Ice frog heads that team. Mind you Dota 2 just like HON and LOL is free of cost.
Thats the history of Dota. It was due to release in November 2011 however they decided to push back the release.
As of today 22/08/2012 all heroes except 18 are yet to be released.
The unreleased heroes are as follows :

Personally I am waiting for Meepo and Techies being released. Meepo because it will be much easier to play meepo in Dota 2 and techies cause it is so much fun.

OK so that is sort of a brief overview of what we do have in store in Dota 2. And yeah since i said that Dota 2 is free of cost, why is Valve making such a game. Well the main reason is because they earn the money that is needed in creating such a game from the in - game store. the Dota 2 store basically sells customized clothes that can be worn on the heroes.Also in Dota 2 the courier is of only one shape that is the donkey. The courier cannot change shape. If you want a different type of courier then you have to buy a courier from the shop by giving real money in dollars. 

The main reason Dota 2 is better than dota is because of the shop. The shop in dota 2 is near the dashboard as you would call it. You can shop for items without having to look back at base. It saves you a lot of time. It helps improve your farming and it helps you survive through possbile attacks/ganks during those precious moments. 

Ok so this Post is this much .. I will be adding to this as and when i feel like.. But i think this much should suffice as much ... Lets go on to the next posts....
By the way please let me know which heroes or what in specific you would like me to write about..
Although i am definitely not a pro i can assure u i m not a noob either :).Period.
